Both products promise the same headline: an AI that listens to your live interview and suggests answers in real time. The useful comparison is in the details: how usage is limited, what a month costs with and without a commitment, which models you get on which tier, and what happens before and after the call.

Unlimited sessions vs. hour allowances
Final Round AI no longer counts sessions. Every paid plan lists unlimited Interview Copilot, and its FAQ says the desktop subscription has no session quota or minute balance to spend down. Live sessions do need a paid plan: there is no free trial of the copilot.
ChadFlow meters in hours: the $9.99 weekly plan includes 3 hours of AI-assisted interviews, and the $29.99 monthly plan includes 12 (plus 20 hours of meeting recording and notes). A fifteen-minute recruiter screen uses fifteen minutes. If you interview for many hours every month, Final Round AI's missing cap is a real advantage. If your month is a handful of calls, twelve hours is more than you will use, at a fifth of Final Round AI's monthly price.
Pricing structure: commitment vs. flexibility
Final Round AI's subscription page lists the same plan at three prices: $150 billed monthly, $83.33 a month billed quarterly, and $25 a month billed annually. A Premium MAX plan with premium AI models is $41.67 a month, also billed annually. The pattern rewards long commitments.
ChadFlow's pricing points the other way: $9.99 per week exists because job searches come in bursts. Interview for three weeks, pay for three weeks, stop. The monthly plan is $29.99 and the annual plan is $499. Over a full year Final Round AI's yearly plan is the cheaper of the two.
The question to ask yourself: do you know your search will run six-plus months (annual commitment math wins), or do you want the tool for a concentrated push (weekly/monthly flexibility wins)? Neither answer is wrong; the products are just priced for different answers.
Stealth claims, read carefully
Both products advertise invisibility to screen sharing. Final Round AI includes Stealth Mode on every paid plan, switched on by default, and markets it as invisible across Zoom, Meet, Teams, and coding platforms. ChadFlow's overlay is likewise excluded from screen shares and recordings in typical setups, on every paid plan. Two practical notes that apply to both: invisibility covers screen capture, not your eye movements or pauses — answer latency and a speakable first line matter more than any stealth claim (our AI interview assistant guide explains why); and you should verify behavior in the exact conferencing app you'll face, because platforms change.
Around the live answer
Final Round AI now presents itself as one desktop app with five capabilities: live interview, practice interviews, interview debrief, screen help and stealth mode, backed by a bank of more than 10,000 questions. The resume builder and auto-apply product it used to list now redirect to the copilot page. It runs on macOS 14.4 or later and on Windows, with no iPhone app.
ChadFlow concentrates on the conversation itself. Before: load the role, company, resume, and your stories. During: speaker-labeled live transcription, grounded answers, window-selective coding help. After: a debrief that analyzes talk-time and filler, rewrites weak answers in your voice, and builds prep for the next round. Between interviews, the same subscription keeps working — meeting notes on desktop, and an iPhone app with live transcription and a dictation keyboard.
Who should choose which?
Choose ChadFlow if:
- You want to pay for a week or a month at a time: $9.99 or $29.99, against $150 for a single month.
- You want frontier models on every paid plan, not on a separate top tier.
- You value the post-interview coaching loop and answers grounded in your own material.
- You want the subscription useful between interviews — meetings, notes, iPhone dictation.
