Lead with the activation drop you caught in the Atlas launch. “Our onboarding redesign looked like a win · until cohort data showed activation fell 11% for smaller teams.”
  • S — Launch metrics hid a segment-specific drop.
  • A — Paused rollout, interviewed 12 users, simplified permissions.
  • R — Activation recovered +18% within three weeks.

Invisible by design.

They see the call. You see the copilot.

ChadFlow's overlay is rendered outside the shareable window layer, so it stays out of screen shares, recordings, and screenshots. When you share your screen, they see your work · never your copilot.

Click Share Screen and the meeting broadcasts your desktop · with ChadFlow stripped out of the feed. You still see it. They never will.

Excluded from screen share Absent from recordings Skipped by screenshots Never joins as a bot

Built to keep your personal notes private during ordinary screen sharing and recording. ChadFlow is a preparation and communication aid · use it only where interview aids are permitted, and never to bypass proctoring, monitoring, or the rules of an assessment.

Live coding & assignments.

Reads your screen. Solves the problem.

Stuck on a live coding round or a take-home shared on screen? Capture the exact window and ChadFlow reads the prompt as vision context · then walks you through the approach, the edge cases, and the working code.

  • Pick a single window to attach · nothing else is captured
  • Understands code, diagrams, case prompts, and shared slides
  • Explains the reasoning so you can talk through it, not just paste it

Reflect & improve.

Every interview makes the next one better.

When the call ends, ChadFlow turns the transcript into an honest debrief: what landed, where you rambled, the questions that caught you off guard · and exactly what to practice before the next round.

  • A per-interview score with talk-time and filler-word breakdown
  • The specific answers to tighten, with a stronger rewrite
  • A short prep list so you walk into round two ready

Strong: the Atlas data story

Clear structure and a concrete +18% result. This is your best example · reuse it.

Tighten: the "biggest weakness" answer

You hedged for 40 seconds. Rewrite: name one real gap, then the concrete step you took to close it.

Prep for round two

They probed on stakeholder conflict twice. Have one crisp story ready for the panel round.

Voice notes

Think out loud. Keep everything.

Hit record any time · rehearse an answer before the call, or brain-dump the details while they're fresh after it. ChadFlow transcribes every voice note and keeps it with your session, ready to reuse in the next round.

Session notes

You talk. Chad takes notes.

Every session is saved with its full transcript, and ChadFlow distills it into clean notes · the key points, the questions they asked, and what you promised to follow up on. Nothing gets lost.

Answers that sound like you.

Generic AI gives generic answers.

Before the call, ChadFlow builds a compact interview workspace around the role and your real experience · so every suggestion is drawn from your story, not a template.

  • Paste the job description and what you know about the team
  • Attach a resume, portfolio, or a quick brag document

Questions & answers.

The important details.

What is ChadFlow?

ChadFlow is a voice recognition app for voice input, AI meeting summaries, and live assistance during interviews and meetings. It is available on Mac, Windows and iPhone, with meeting capture and the live overlay in the desktop apps.

Can I use ChadFlow for voice input?

Yes. Use speech-to-text to dictate messages, draft text, or capture voice notes. The iPhone app also includes a dictation keyboard.

Can ChadFlow summarize meetings?

Yes. The desktop apps can record meetings, transcribe the conversation with speaker labels, and generate structured AI notes so you can review the main points and next steps.

What does the live assistant do?

The desktop live assistant uses the conversation transcript and the background material you provide to suggest context-aware answers during interviews and meetings. You choose what to use and how to say it.

Is ChadFlow really invisible during a screen share?

The overlay is rendered outside the layer that macOS shares and records, so it's designed to stay out of ordinary screen shares, meeting recordings, and screenshots on Zoom, Meet, Teams, and Webex. Platform behavior can change, so always test your setup before an important call. ChadFlow does not claim to defeat device-level monitoring or dedicated proctoring software.

What kinds of interviews does it support?

Behavioral, product, sales, consulting, case-study, system design, and live coding rounds. You pick an answer mode during setup so suggestions match the conversation, and you can attach a window screenshot for on-screen coding or assignment questions.

How fast are the answers?

ChadFlow is built to surface a useful opening line within a couple of seconds, then expand with structure and proof points. Actual speed depends on audio quality, your connection, and the model tier you choose.

How does the coding / screen help work?

From the answer panel you pick one specific window to attach. That single window is sent as vision context alongside the transcript, so ChadFlow can read the prompt or code and walk you through the approach and the solution. Nothing else on your screen is captured.

Does it work on Windows?

Yes. ChadFlow ships native apps for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel, macOS 13+) and Windows 10 / 11. Both keep themselves up to date automatically.

Which AI provider does ChadFlow use?

ChadFlow uses OpenAI as its AI provider for audio processing. Your recordings are transcribed and summarized by OpenAI models through ChadFlow's own servers, and under OpenAI's API terms this data is not used to train OpenAI's models. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.

How do I get support?

Email us at support@talkflow.app with any question, problem, or refund request · we answer every message, usually within one business day.

Is the demo on this page a real call?

No. It's an in-page product simulation showing the intended workflow, transcript, and answer layout. The download buttons are real · grab the app and try it on your own calls.

Can I use ChadFlow in any interview?

Use it only where interview aids are permitted. Employers, schools, and assessment providers set their own rules. ChadFlow is meant to help you prepare and communicate clearly · not to misrepresent your skills or bypass monitoring.
