It is stronger than ChadFlow if the desired “all-in-one” product includes applications and resume creation rather than voice workflows alone.

LockedIn AI combines live answers, coding support, VS Code integration, multiple AI providers, reports, and optional human assistance. Sensei offers live sessions, resume and story editors, customization, coding support, and annual pricing that can work well for a long search.

Superwhisper: best for model control and offline flexibility

Willow: best for personalized writing style

Willow focuses on fast transcription, smart formatting, custom vocabulary, and learning how a user writes across email, Slack, documents, and technical tools. It supports Mac, Windows, and iPhone and currently charges $15 monthly or $12 per month annually.

Aqua, VoiceInk, and Voibe: focused alternatives

Best for privacy is not one answer

Privacy has at least four components: where the model runs, whether content is stored, whether it trains models, and which third parties process it.

• Device-only processing keeps audio off remote servers and can work offline. Superwhisper, VoiceInk, Voibe, and similar tools deserve attention here.
• Cloud zero retention sends content for processing but discards it afterward. Wispr Flow documents user-facing controls for this.
• No training does not necessarily mean no storage. Read the retention section, not only the headline.
• Local history still creates sensitive data on the device. Look for automatic deletion and encryption controls.

ChadFlow is cloud-first. Its public policy says content does not train models and ChadFlow does not keep audio as a stored copy after processing, but it currently describes possible OpenAI retention for abuse monitoring of up to 30 days.
