Who makes ChadFlow

ChadFlow is designed, built and supported by Dmitry Bespalov, an independent developer. The person who writes the code also reads the mail sent to support@chadflow.app.

The product launched as TalkFlow and was renamed ChadFlow in September 2026. Accounts and plans carried over unchanged. The iPhone app followed on the App Store on 10 September 2026.

What ChadFlow does

ChadFlow turns speech into text and conversations into notes. The desktop apps for Mac and Windows record meetings with speaker labels, write the notes, and can suggest answers during a live interview or meeting. The iPhone app adds voice notes, live transcription and a keyboard that dictates into any app.

Speech is processed in the cloud by OpenAI models through ChadFlow's own servers. The Privacy Notice describes what is collected and how long it is kept.

How the guides are researched

Everything published on this site follows the same rules.

• Statistics come from primary sources. Each figure on the voice AI statistics and AI hiring statistics pages links to the organisation that published it, and a number is included only when it appears in the source itself.
• Comparisons are checked against the vendor's own pages. Prices, limits and features in the comparison posts come from each company's pricing page, documentation and privacy notice on the date shown in the post. Vendors' speed and accuracy claims are reported as claims, not tested.
• ChadFlow is one of the products compared. Each comparison says where the other product is the better choice and who should pick it.
• Pages carry the date they were last checked. Prices and laws change, so a date tells you how fresh a claim is.

Corrections

If a figure has drifted from its source or a product has changed, write to support@chadflow.app and it will be corrected, with the page's date updated.

Responsible use

ChadFlow tells users to follow the rules of every interview and the recording-consent laws that apply to them. It does not claim to defeat device-level monitoring or dedicated proctoring software.
